Every kind of clearance

Whatever the reason, we've done it before.

Probate & Estate

Clearing a loved one's home is never just a job. We work calmly, keep you updated, and set aside anything you want to keep before the rest is cleared.

End of Tenancy

For landlords and letting agents, we clear void properties promptly so they are ready to re-let. The property is left swept and ready for photographs.

Downsizing

Moving somewhere smaller? We clear the items you do not need and can move the rest. One team can coordinate the clearance and the move.

Hoarded Homes

No judgement, ever. We handle heavily cluttered homes patiently and discreetly, working room by room at a pace that suits you.

Garage, Loft & Shed

The spaces that fill up over the years. Cleared out in one go, with everything sorted for recycling or proper disposal.

Part Clearance

Just one room, or just the big items? We'll take whatever you point at and leave the rest exactly as it is.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

01

Send photos

WhatsApp a few wide shots of each room, the postcode and any notes on access or parking.

02

Written quote

We review the volume, access, parking and any items needing a specialist disposal route, then confirm the agreed work and price before booking.

03

We clear it

Booked to suit you. We carry, load and sort it all, keeping anything you've asked us to save.

04

Left ready

Property swept and tidy. Waste is handled under carrier registration CBDU621046, with a receipt and the relevant waste record available on request.

Common questions

House clearance, answered.

What affects the price of a house clearance?
The price depends on the volume and type of items, property size, access, stairs, parking and any items needing a specialist disposal route. Send wide photos of each area, the postcode and access details for a written quote based on the actual job.
Do you clear the whole house in one visit?
Usually, yes. For most homes we clear everything in a single visit. For larger or heavily cluttered properties we may spread it across two, and we'll tell you that up front when we quote.
What happens to everything you take?
We aim to reuse or recycle as much as possible. Suitable items may go to charity or resale, while the remainder is handled responsibly under our waste carrier licence.
What can you not take away?
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot take hazardous or flammable materials, gas bottles, chemicals, asbestos, clinical or medical waste, illegal items, live animals, or anything not agreed before the job. Ask us if you are unsure about a particular item.
Can I get waste paperwork after a clearance?
For waste-clearance work, ask for a receipt and, where required or requested, the relevant waste transfer record. Keep it with the carrier registration number as a record that the waste was passed to a registered carrier.
Can you set aside items we want to keep?
Absolutely. Just point them out or send us a list beforehand and we'll keep them safe and separate. On probate jobs we're used to working carefully around anything of sentimental or financial value.
Do you cover my area?
We're based in Brighton and cover Hove, Portslade, Shoreham, Worthing, Lewes, Newhaven, Burgess Hill and the surrounding Sussex towns. Not sure? Send your postcode and we'll tell you straight away.

Ready to get it cleared?
